JR is a serial entrepreneur having founded multiple home improvement companies and a franchise operation.

As a young man Jerrill was a professional race car driver which provided him the opportunity to travel the world and stay in unique destinations. It is the passion JR developed in his travels that has led him to the short term hospitality industry.
